RAILA ODINGA to take tallying grievances to the Supreme Court

Saturday, the 9th of March 2013 -Salim Lone, a top advisor to CORD flag bearer Raila Odinga has said that the Prime Minister has no intention of conceding defeat in the just concluded elections and plans to take the matter to the Supreme Court;

"Raila has no intention of conceding and will be challenging this in court," said Lone.
"The level of the failures in the system makes it very difficult to believe it was a credible result, and if Uhuru is declared President, Raila will go to court."
Lone also said that the PM wanted his supporters to maintain calm at this sensitive time;
“We very strongly ask people to stay calm” he said.
Lone’s statements tally well with what other CORD luminaries have said in the last few hours.
One of them Anyang' Nyong'o told South Africa's Mail and Guardian OnlineCORD would go to court "because the process has been awful and there's evidence to that effect".
